How do I create an account on the online driving theory learning platform?
Creating an account is simple and free. Click the "Create new account" button at the course "Theorie Nederlands" or "Theory English", enter your name, email address and a password, and confirm your registration via the email you receive. Within two minutes you will have access to the platform. It is possible that the confirmation email ends up in your spam or junk mail folder. If this is the case, feel free to email us at info@sxmdrivingtest.com.
I forgot my password for the driving theory course, what now?
Click on "Forgotten your username or password?" on the login page and enter your email address. You will receive an email within a few minutes with a link to set a new password. Also check your spam folder if you don't see the email.
Can I change my details in my account?
Yes, via your profile page you can update your name, email address and password at any time. Log in, go to "My profile" and save your changes.
Can I follow a driving theory course without an account?
No, without an account you only have access to the demo courses. With an account you get access to one course upon payment.
How do I delete my account on the learning platform?
Would you like to delete your account? Please contact us at info@sxmdrivingtest.com. We will process your request within two business days and delete all your data in accordance with GDPR regulations.
How do I enroll in an online driving theory course?
Create a free account, go to the course page and click "Enroll" or "Buy course". After payment via PayPal you will have immediate access. For payments via Sentoo, your account will be activated upon receipt of your payment.
Where can I find my driving theory course after enrollment?
After enrollment you can find the course in your personal dashboard under "My courses". From there you can continue right where you left off.
How long do I have access to the online driving theory course after purchase?
After purchase you have six weeks of access to the course. This allows you to study at your own pace and repeat lessons whenever you like.
Can I rewatch a lesson about traffic rules?
Yes, all lessons remain available throughout your access period. You can repeat the exercises as many times as you like.
In what order should I complete the lessons for my driving licence?
The course is structured in a logical order, from basic rules to more complex traffic situations. We recommend going through the modules in order, but you are free to navigate as you wish.
I purchased the wrong course. What now?
The course is available in either Dutch or English. If you accidentally purchased the wrong course, you can email us at info@sxmdrivingtest.com and we will switch it to the desired language free of charge.
How do I see how far I have progressed in my driving theory course?
In your dashboard you can see a progress bar per module and a full overview of the course. This way you always know exactly what you have completed and what is still to come.
What happens if I fail a theory practice test?
No problem — practice tests are there to learn from. You can retake every test. Your results are tracked so you can follow your improvement.
How many times can I retake a practice exam?
You can repeat practice exams an unlimited number of times. We recommend taking them multiple times until you consistently score above the pass mark of the official theory exam.
Which payment methods are accepted for the online driving theory course?
You can pay securely via PayPal, Sentoo or online banking. Choose the payment method that suits you best at checkout.
Is it safe to pay online for a driving theory course?

My progress in the driving theory course has not been saved, what went wrong?
Progress is saved automatically when you are logged in. Check whether you were logged in while studying. If you were browsing as a guest, your progress will not be saved. Please contact us if the problem persists.
